LogicVision ETAccess
ETAccess is an interactive software environment tailored to accelerate silicon debug and characterization using LogicVision’s embedded test Intellectual Property (IP). It reduces cost and time of test development, accelerates silicon bring-up, reduces time to yield, and provides a vector-less approach to test and debug using real-time and automated diagnosis on virtually any Automated Test Equipment (ATE).

Logic Vision Validator
The Validator is a completely self-contained, small-footprint hardware platform for supporting at-speed debug of silicon containing LogicVision’s embedded test technology. The Validator provides all the external resources required by the embedded test technology: integrated Agilent clock generators and Sorensen power supplies controlled by an integrated PC. The Validator also includes a Sun workstation for running the real-time ETAccess software available from either the ETAccess Full or ETAccess Memory software packages.
