Spirox to Distribute Broad Portfolio of Tektronix Test and Measurement Instruments in Taiwan  

Expanded Partnership Provides Customers Easier Access to Latest Technology

Taipei , October 1 , 200 9 - Tektronix, Inc. , a leading worldwide provider of test, measurement and monitoring instrumentation, today announced an expansion of its partnership with Spirox (TSE, 3055), a recognized leader in equipment distribution and integrated solutions for high tech industries. The newly updated agreement authorizes Spirox to distribute a broad range of Tektronix' industry-leading test and measurement instruments.

Under the new agreement, Spirox may sell Tektronix' mid-range, performance and ultra-high performance oscilloscopes, as well as the company's logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal sources and video test equipment. The expanded Tektronix product portfolio will enable Spirox to offer comprehensive customer solutions to address the unprecedented measurement challenges of today's wireless, embedded systems technologies, serial data and video designs.
