Spirox vs Guei Ren Junior High School : 3 on 3 basketball campaign
Spirox Sport Promotion plan 2006~2008

June 16, 2008, the Spirox Dream Team basketball squad contested Guei Ren Junior High School 8-student and 2-teacher teams for the 4 th Spirox Cup tournament, sponsored by Spirox Education Foundation from 2006. More than 2000 participants and medium came to the stadium for the campaign. At the end, two teacher teams won the champion and second place respectively, and Spirox Dream Team won the third place in the championship.

The following basketball summer camp, started at 7 th July, was also a great place for any young basketball player who is looking forward to improve his skills. 45 players registered and 3 experienced and positive basketball coaches helped campers become better athletes. Within 2 weeks intensive training, campers developed all of their skills – shooting, passing, rebounding, dribbling, and defense. Campers had to take the final exam at the end of training.

Through the sport promotion plan, more teenagers and residents joined sport activities and those who drop out of competitive sport returned to the field. It became a trend in Guei Ren area for now. Spirox Education Foundation is dedicated to improving and promoting opportunities to teenagers in sport and physical activities since sport should be an avenue for them to have some healthy fun and to learn some skills, such as team work, self-esteem, doing their best to the end and striving to improve. The raising awareness and influences of sport will play an important role to their lives. Join us and have fun!
