Driven by the same spirited enthusiasm long applied by Spirox to the advancement of the local semiconductor industry, we founded the Spirox Education Foundation in January 2005. Through the Spirox Education Founation, we will actively participate in and provide support for a plethora of local charities and educational activities, playing a role in not only the development of talent outside our industry, but also support the many individuals and associations who share an equal passion for the betterment of our society. The Spirox Education Foundation is as such committed to bringing both optimism and opportunity to all segments of Taiwan society.

Foundation Charter:
1. To actively sponsor public events concerning issues such as environmental protection and concern, educational development, humanities, health education, and art and culture appreciation.
2. To actively participate in events that contribute to the betterment of society including programs focused on nature protection, family education, humanities, arts, and other educational classes.
3. To award high achievers and exceptional performance by students and citizens in the areas of humanities, science and innovation.
4. To get involved in events and programs that are consistent with the education and public service roles of the Spirox Education Foundation..
