• Principle: Through the effect of light to light, analyze PL luminous intensity, judge the intensity of BIN, analyze the luminous effect, so as to get the data which LED is invalid.
• Advantages: It can detect in advance whether all the Micro LED normal light and whether there is leakage effect, which can reduce the follow-up large number of detection and repair procedures, improve yield, reduce manufacturing cost.
