Spirox announces that it has entered into a collaboration agreement with Osai A.S. S.p.A, and will be responsible for the distribution of Osai MEMS Test handler, Power Module Test Handler and Burn-in automation Solution in Greater China.
Spirox will integrate Osai products with its existing tester, probe stations, probe cards and other products to provide total testing solution and service for semiconductor customers.
