Spirox led the field in establishing Taiwan’s first 8-inch prober manufacturing line and has developed automated information flow management system software to increase customer product efficiency. To meet individual customer requirements, Spirox develops customized solutions, including the design and production of probe cards, load boards and tester-prober interfaces, assisting customers to effectively raise their production efficiency.  |
