James Wu is the president of Semi. Opto. Product Group. Mr. Wu joined Spirox in 1996, and was promoted as vice president in 2001. During the past years, Mr. Wu demonstrated his leadership by successfully marketing vendor integrated solutions to the Taiwan market and applied best-practice services to vendors and customers. With strong market sense and the experience in customer service, he is responsible for leading Spirox team to further expand the territory through integrated services and strategic thinking. Mr. Wu holds degrees in electrical engineering from National Taiwan Institute of Technology and National Kaohsiung Institute of Technology.

Mr. Steve Lin is the vice president of Corporate Strategy Center , who is responsible for the strategy planning, execution and the new business development. He also acts as the vice president of Human Resource Division. He holds both MBA and M.S. degree of MIS from University of Pittsburgh. Prior to Spirox, Mr. Lin worked for Accenture for 13 years. In his role, he dedicated in helping domestic and foreign clients transform their strategy and business performance with extensive experience.

Alex Huang is the vice president of Customer Support Division, under Semi. Opto. Product Group. Since Mr. Huang joined Spirox Corporation in 1989, he has accumulated industry expertise in semiconductor product integration, repairing, components design and manufacture.

Leo Chen is general manager of Spirox ( Shanghai ) Corporation. With over 18 years of professional sales experience in the IC assembly and test industry, Mr. Chen is extremely knowledgeable in the ATE market with a proven sales track record in Taiwan . Before joining Spirox in 1991, Mr. Chen was an assistant manager of Test Department at UMC.

Keith Peterson is the general manager of Spirox Corporation Singapore . Mr. Peterson joined in Spirox from 1997, and he has drawn upon his 26 years of professional experience in semiconductor marketing, repairing and services to manage Spirox's back-end design, manufacture and test operations in Singapore . Mr. Peterson holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the Northrop University in Los Angeles and previously worked at Siemens Components.

Dave Staats is vice president of Business Development and General Manager of Spirox Corporation USA in which he is responsible for driving the organization's business development activities and strategic initiatives. He joined in Spirox team for over 10 years and has played an integral role in expanding the Spirox portfolio and successfully integrating new strategic mergers and acquisitions for the company. With an in-depth knowledge of the Asian and American cultures, he helps maintain and strengthen our strategic partnerships and continues to bring opportunities to the company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business & Foreign Affairs from the University of Puget Sound , Tacoma , Washington .
