David Sheu
Chairman & CEO
In 1987, Mr. Sheu was one of three founding partners of Spirox Corporation and since 2002, he has been Chairman and CEO. Under his leadership and management, Spirox has grown from three individuals into a 400-strong global enterprise, with over 40 global partners and a customer base of more than 600 companies in the semiconductor and TFT-LCD industries.
With a keen understanding of cross-cultural and cross-territorial management, Mr. Sheu established Spirox (Shanghai) Corporation as Spirox’s China-based operation center in Shanghai Zhangjiang High-tech Industrial Park in 2002. Mr. Sheu also took the initiative to invest in new startup and established companies across Semi and Solar industries to extend Spirox integrated solutions from IC design through to manufacturing.
James Wu

James Wu is the Vice President of three divisions: Spirox Test Division I, Human Resource and Marketing as well as the President of CSIC. Mr. Wu joined Spirox in 1996, and was promoted as the VP of Test Division I in 2001. During the past years, Mr. Wu demonstrated his leadership by successfully marketing vendor integrated solutions to the Taiwan market and applying best-practice services to vendors and customers. With strong market sense and the experience in customer service, Mr. Wu aims at leading Spirox team to further expand the territory through integrated services and strategic thinking. Mr. Wu holds degrees in electrical engineering from National Taiwan Institute of Technology and National Kaohsiung Institute of Technology.
Jack Hsieh

Mr. Jack Hsieh is the Vice President of Finance Division and Administration Division. He also serves as CFO (Chief Financial Officer) of Spirox. Mr. Hsieh holds the B.C. degree of Statistics from National Chengchi University and has over 22 years of finance-related working experience. Prior to Spirox, Mr. Hsieh has worked for China Trust and Premier Image Technology. Mr. Hsieh has also successfully brought Sunny Optical Technology Group IPO in Hong Kong when he was Senior Vice President, Finance & Investment of the company.

Steve Lin

Mr. Steve Lin is the Vice President of Executive Office, responsible for the strategy planning & execution and the new business development. He also acts as the Vice President of Human Resource Division. Mr. Lin holds both MBA and M.S. degree of MIS from University of Pittsburgh . Prior to Spirox, Mr. Lin worked in Accenture for 13 years, with extensive experience in helping domestic and foreign clients transform their strategy and business performance.
Alex Huang

Alex Huang is Vice President of Customer Support, Test Division I and Vice President of CSIC. Since joining Spirox 16 years ago, Mr. Huang has accumulated industry expertise in semiconductor product integration and repair, and components design and manufacture.
Tony Lee

Tony Lee is Vice President of Spirox’s Test Division II department with abundant knowledge in the test and assembly market, as well as extensive industry relationships built over 13 years. Mr. Lee possesses an outstanding sales record, underscored by his exceptional cross-cultural and communication skills.
Michael Cherng
Vice President, FAB Division, ASD Division
Mr. Michael Cherng has been working for Spirox since 1993. For over a decade, Mr. Cherng has worked with Spirox as Application Manager, Sales Director and was appointed Vice President of FAB Division since 2000. He was also appointed Vice President of Automation Systems Division in 2005. Prior to joining Spirox, Mr. Cherng worked for ERSO/ITRI in the IC process development. He also participated Sub-Micron Project granted by MOEA. He was the Project Coordinator of ERSO Sub-Micron Lab 200mm pilot run and delivered Taiwan 1st 200mm wafer in time. Mr. Cherng has very extensive experience on IC process and very knowledgeable on both semiconductor and flat panel display market. Through his acute understanding of semiconductor and FPD industries, Mr. Cherng has successfully penetrated new market and lead new product integration programs throughout Taiwan , China and South Asia . Mr. Michael Cherng received his B. S. degree in Physics from National Taiwan University in Taipei and M. S. degree in Physics from National Taiwan University .

Leo Chen

Leo Chen is General Manager of Spirox (Shanghai) Corporation. With over 18 years of professional sales experience in the IC assembly and test industry, Mr. Chen is extremely knowledgeable in the ATE market with a proven sales track record in Taiwan. Before joining Spirox in 1991, Mr. Chen was a Assistant Manager of Test Department at UMC.
Keith Peterson
General Manager, Spirox Corporation Singapore
Singapore Keith Peterson is General Manager of Spirox Corporation. Over the past 9 years at Spirox, Mr. Peterson has drawn upon his 26 years of professional experience in semiconductor marketing, repair and services to manage Spirox’s back-end design, manufacture and test operations in Singapore. Mr. Peterson holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the Northrop University in Los Angeles and previously worked at Siemens Components.
Dave W. Staats

Dave Staats is Vice President of Business Development and General Manager of Spirox Corporation USA in which he is responsible for driving the organization's business development activities and strategic initiatives. Mr. Staats has been with the Spirox team for over 10 years and has played an integral part in expanding the Spirox portfolio and successfully integrating new strategic mergers and acquisitions for the company. With an in-depth knowledge of the Asian and American cultures, he helps maintain and strengthen our strategic partnerships and continues to bring opportunities to the company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business & Foreign Affairs from the University of Puget Sound, Tacoma, Washington.
